GENESIS RH is an independent group specialising in recruitment and training created 10 years ago by its two founding directors, Arnaud MALLIA and Vincent DECHELLE.
The GENESIS RH group supports its clients with a global HR approach by positioning itself as an outsourced human resources center. The first agency was created on April 1, 2011, combining their friendship, values and experience. The two founders have the ambition to be innovative and differentiating by privileging the human relationship, the expertise, the reactivity and the proximity.
Their wish is to respond to all the human resources problems of the clients who place their trust in them.

- SEPTEMBER 2021: Opening of a new branch in Dijon (21000)
- 2022: Development in Canada and Senegal, opening of two new Genesis HR agencies in France
